We offer quality painting and customization backed by years of experience!
Rogers Rod Worx has been in business since 2005, and is owned and operated by Zack Rogers. We strive to produce the best quality work using the best quality materials.
Whether you're coming in for rust repair, a complete vehicle paint job, or to have your dream vehicle built; we promise that you will be completely satisfied with our work. We use top of the line paints, primers, and clears.
Due to the nature and scope of work performed at Rogers Rod Worx, the current economic situation, and part availability wait times could be 3-5 years. You can still touch base with us to further discuss your vehicle. We appreciate your patience!
Here is some food for thought...
"PAINT CHANGES EVERYTHING"
This has been our motto here at the shop this year.
"I just need a quick paint job." We hear this statement on the daily basis. There is no such thing as a quick paint job at Rogers Rod Worx because PAINT CHANGES EVERYTHING. This is what I mean by this.
New paint doesn't like old paint so this requires stripping all old finishes off to ensure that we've found and repaired all body damage properly, and to know without a doubt what our new paint is sticking too. So here are the steps.
1. Disassemble the vehicle (glass, weatherstripping, moldings/ trim, engine and components, etc...)
2. Paint removal (stripping all body panels down to bare metal)
3. Metal Fabrication (body damage, rust, etc)
4. Body work, priming and block sanding 2-3 times in the body working process to ensure the vehicles body panels are straight and true.
5. Paint
6. Buffing and Polishing
7. Reassembling the vehicle
This last step is where you have to consider...
Should I replace all the old glass, weather stripping, wiring harness, lighting, interior, any engine components, dashes and gauges, old chrome, etc...
So when you think about the process it's actually like a domino effect. Once you knocked over one they will just keep falling.
This is also how we stay so booked up. Right now our wait time is approximately 2-3 years. Here at Rogers Rod Worx we strive for show quality vehicles that come out better than when they were brand new. I hope this is informative and helpful to anyone on our wait list or anyone wanting to be added to the wait list.
And remember Paint really does change everything!
